It’s been almost a year since we purchased our Softub Portico and wow are we happy with ownership! Simply put, our entire family of five uses and loves our Portico. Even my initially skeptical wife is thrilled to have newfound relaxation time with me and our kids outdoors all year-round in our Softub. I’m so appreciative you took the time to answer my many questions prior to purchase, as we couldn’t be happier with the look and usability of our Portico. In the summer we have it poolside, and in October we easily move it to our back patio, where we’ve learned how much fun Softub and snow can be together! What’s more, is the responsible feeling I have knowing how energy and thus financially efficient our Hydromate motor is. Kurt & Kayla were such a pleasure to work with! I had a regular hot tub and after it broke down twice, I gave it away. Then I was walking through the mall and noticed the Softub. It looked nice and easy. I had my husband look at it and we decided to get it. It doesn’t need a special outlet. It’s easy to move around to different locations. Best of all, it feels great. We’ve had it about 3 years and have never had a problem with it. It’s also bulletproofed! Living on the ocean we lost the lid in the wind, found it on the rocks, and not a scratch on it. Softub is completely indestructible!!
